The Island Trees track team finished off its winter season with a competition at Cornell University. High School student Alexa Dolgos ended the season with a couple of outstanding accomplishments running in the 600 meter event. She ran a personal best of 1:37 which earned her a 5th place medal in the Federation and a 4th place medal a tthe New York State Championships. Overall, she is ranked 13th in the Federation and 11th for public schools. — Submitted by the Island Trees School District
